Just came across Went Away- a warm, uplifting song from the Maccabees’ latest album, Given to the Wild. They are playing Webster Hall (NYC) on June 13th. I can’t wait. Antlers are the new black.

That was the thrust of a NYT Style section article I found really amusing, but it seems the same is true for the band. Seriously, everybody loves these guys right now. The Antlers’ 2009 concept album, Hospice tells the story of a relationship between a hospice worker and terminally-ill patient.
